Your second brain for business - when you need one.
For when there’s a lot happening in the business and you need someone who can look at all of it with you and say:
This matters. This can wait. Let's do this next.
The Strategy Session is a one-off deep dive into your business designed to help you get out of your own head, make the decisions you’ve been circling and turn everything competing for your attention into a clear way forward.
$997 · One-off 90-minute Strategy Session
You know your business. You're not short on ideas, ambition or capability. The problem is that every.bloody.thing eventually comes back to you.
-> Should I launch this now?
-> Is this worth pursuing?
-> What should marketing focus on next month?
-> Do we fix this first or that?
-> Is this actually a good idea... or am I just excited because it's Tuesday?
And when you're the person responsible for every decision, even the small ones start taking up an unreasonable amount of brain space.
Sometimes you don’t need another six-month commitment. You just need someone experienced to zoom out with you, untangle what’s happening and help you make the decisions you’ve been struggling to make alone.
That’s what this session is for.
You bring the business noise, and we turn it into a clear path forward.
First, I get the context.
Before we meet, you’ll complete a strategic pre-session questionnaire covering where the business is now, what’s taking up the most space in your head and what you most want us to work through in our session.
You can send through any relevant background material that will help me understand what’s going on - the offer, your current strategy, the slightly chaotic Google Doc where the idea currently lives... you don’t need to tidy everything up for me first.
Messy is useful.
Then, your 90-minute Strategy Session.
You get my full attention on the business. We’ll zoom out, look at what’s really going on and focus on the decisions that will make the biggest difference.
That might mean working through an offer, mapping a launch, reviewing your marketing direction, pressure-testing an idea, or actually deciding which of the seventeen things competing for attention actually deserves it.
There’s no generic framework we need to squeeze your business into. We work on whatever you and your business actually need.
You leave knowing exactly what to do next.
After our session, send you a clear, personalised action plan.
Not 14 pages of motivational waffle you’ll never open again, but a practical document covering:
-> What we decided.
-> What matters first.
-> What can wait.
-> What needs action.
-> And what your next steps actually are.
So you don’t leave our call feeling inspired, only to open your laptop tomorrow and think: “…right. What do I do now?”
The goal is simple. You finish the session with clarity, decisions made and a realistic plan you can move forward.
Strategic Partner support is access to my thinking.
I'm not joining your business to work through a task list. I'm joining you at the decision-making level - helping you work out what the task list should contain in the first place.
We can brainstorm, troubleshoot, prioritise, review and plan together.
Then you or your team implement it.
Here's what's included:
If you're after someone who can think and implement alongside you, you'll want my Right-Hand Partner support.
Before:
-> There are seven things you could focus on.
-> Three half-finished ideas.
-> A launch you keep moving.
-> Something in marketing isn't working.
-> Someone just emailed you with another opportunity.
And every decision is waiting for you.
After:
You know what's important now, what's waiting until later and what you've decided not to do at all.
There's a plan and someone else understands the thinking behind it. So when something changes, you don't have to disappear into a 14-tab research spiral before deciding what happens next.
You still lead the business, you just leave our session knowing where to lead it to next.
Fair question.
I've worked across operations, marketing, events, customer experience, systems and business ownership - which means I rarely look at a problem through one tiny marketing-shaped window.
I'm usually thinking about:
-> Do you realistically have capacity for it?
-> How does it affect the customer experience?
-> What happens operationally if this works?
-> Is this actually important, or just shiny?
I'm not here to nod enthusiastically at every idea you have. Sometimes I'll help you build it, sometimes I'll tell you to park it, and occasionally I'll lovingly ask why on earth you're making this so complicated.
You need a thinking partner, not just a hype-woman.
$997 · one-off strategy session
No six-month contract or signing yourself up for another recurring expense because you need help making one important set of decisions right now. You’re booking a focused strategic engagement designed to take you from: “There's a lot happening and I don’t know what deserves my attention.” to: “Right. I know what we’re doing.”
Your investment includes the pre-session preparation, your 90-minute Strategy Session and a personalised post-session action plan.
No, there’s no set program or framework I’m taking you through. We work on your actual business and whatever is happening inside it right now. Think less “lesson”, and more “Here’s everything going on. Help me make sense of it.”
In our strategy session, I’ll help you work out what needs to happen next, and make decisions with you, but implementation stays with you or your team. If you want strategy plus implementation, my Right-Hand Partner support is a better fit.
Any strategic business or marketing challenge that sits within my expertise. That could be an offer, launch, marketing direction, capacity problem, project, growth decision, business opportunity or simply a chaotic collection of ideas you need help prioritising. If what you want to work through isn’t something I’m the right person for, I’ll tell you.
Bring me what’s happening - the idea, the opportunity., the problem, or the seventeen things currently competing for priority.
We’ll sort through it all, make the decisions that need making and give you a clear plan for what happens next.
