Hi, I’m Bianca. I’m the trusted right-hand woman behind The Digital Standard.
I'm not “just” a marketer, or “just” an operations person. My role changes depending on what a business needs.
Some days I’m helping a founder untangle a big decision. Other days I’m mapping out a launch, making sure marketing actually happens, or coordinating the moving pieces behind the scenes so nothing falls through the cracks.
Different businesses, with different challenges, but the same goal: helping founders turn ideas into action.
I work with service-based founders who have outgrown doing everything themselves, but aren’t quite ready for a full team.
You know this stage if you’re in it. When revenue is growing, clients are coming in, opportunities keep appearing... and somehow you’ve become the marketing manager, the operations manager, the project manager and the executive assistant, all at the same time.
Sure, the business works. It just relies on you for everything.
That’s where I do my best work. Helping founders create clarity, maintain momentum, and stop wearing every hat inside the business.
The launch we talked about three weeks ago? I’ve already mapped the next steps, because I notice the details.
You mention something once and it moves forward, because I take initiative.
It's not “what do you need from me today?” but “here’s what I think we should do next”, because I think alongside you.
Clarity converts better than hype. In marketing and in business. The founders I work with don’t need more noise, they need to know what matters most right now.
Momentum beats perfection. A good plan moving forward outperforms a perfect plan sitting in a document.
The right support reduces management. You shouldn’t have to brief, chase and check. That defeats the purpose.
No two months look the same. Support should flex with your priorities, because your business doesn’t stand still.
I’m based in Sydney and work with founders across Australia and New Zealand. Most support happens remotely, but I can also be there in person: planning sessions, launches, workshops and events.
There’s something different about having your right-hand woman in the room.
If you’ve ever thought “I don’t need another employee, I just need someone I trust to help me move this business forward”, you’re exactly who The Digital Standard was rebuilt for.
