Somewhere between strategist, sounding board and right-hand woman.

For a long time, I struggled to explain what I actually did.

I'm not “just” a marketer, or “just” an operations person. My role changes depending on what a business needs.

Some days I’m helping a founder untangle a big decision. Other days I’m mapping out a launch, making sure marketing actually happens, or coordinating the moving pieces behind the scenes so nothing falls through the cracks.

Different businesses, with different challenges, but the same goal: helping founders turn ideas into action.

Built for the awkward middle stage of growth.

Strategic enough to see the big picture, practical enough to help make it happen.

The launch we talked about three weeks ago? I’ve already mapped the next steps, because I notice the details.

You mention something once and it moves forward, because I take initiative.

It's not “what do you need from me today?” but “here’s what I think we should do next”, because I think alongside you.

Some people will help you create the plan, others will wait for instructions... I sit in the middle. The intersection where strategy meets execution.
